When renting equipment for your outdoor wedding event, everything needs to be done right and you need to have vendors with experience. You have one shot to make it perfect. We have the extensive experience, product knowledge, and staffing to make sure your event goes off perfect! Some may “say” they know what they’re doing, but we actually get it done.

  • What SIZE and TYPE of tent you will need for the event:

The types of tents we offer are located under the tenting section of our website, and a representative can help choose the correct size tent. Most wedding receptions need about 20 sq. feet per person tent space, however, more space may be necessary to accommodate bars, stages, lounges, etc..

  • Tent Draping or Walls

Most wedding events will use some sort of draping over the poles of the tent, or surround the tent with a solid, window, or clear side wall (or a combination).

  • Full Flooring, Dance Floors, and Staging

We have options for full tent floors with turf or leveled tent floors to make sure those high heels and chairs don’t go into the ground! Otherwise, we can place dance floors on your grass surface with a simple sub-floor. Contact a representative for more options

  • Lighting:

Lighting sets the mood and creates the atmosphere. We have a variety of unique lighting options to choose from which can be found under the lighting section of the site.

  • Power Generation:

This is something often overlooked for outdoor events and something most rental companies do not have experience in. Most events will not only need power for lighting, but also for a DJ, band, caterer, washroom, or projector. We HIGHLY recommend the use of a generator for your event. It is safe, reliable, clean, and quiet. A representative can help you choose a power package that suits your power needs.
