Project Overview
For one of the Midwest’s most renowned golf courses, Blue Peak Tents delivered a long-term seasonal venue solution that seamlessly blended form, function, and flexibility. Set within the course’s beautifully landscaped grounds, we installed a high-end structure tent with a fully leveled and finished flooring system, expansive glass panel walls, and multiple climate-controlled zones to accommodate both intimate gatherings and large-scale events.
The structure included connected back-of-house extensions for catering and operations, all carefully planned to maintain an elegant guest-facing experience without compromising on logistics or service flow. Strategically placed ramps and pathways ensured ADA accessibility and smooth circulation.
Used throughout the spring, summer, and fall for weddings, galas, and private tournaments, this venue was designed to offer the ambiance of a permanent building without the long-term commitment or construction timeline.

Challenge
A prestigious Midwest golf course was seeking a way to expand its event offerings without taking on the costs, disruption, or permanence of new construction. The goal: create a high-end, flexible event space that could serve weddings, galas, and private functions throughout the warmer seasons – without interfering with golf operations or the club’s aesthetic.
Solution
We designed and installed a custom Structure tent solution that transformed an open lawn into a full-scale seasonal venue. Key features included:
- Structure Tent with glass panel walls for a bright, architectural look
- Elevated, leveled subfloor system for a polished indoor feel
- Climate control zones and custom layout to accommodate up to 200+ guests
- Catering & service extensions, discreetly placed to keep operations out of view
- ADA-compliant access with ramps and wide entry points
- Seasonal install & strike timed around golf operations
The tent is installed each spring and removed in the fall, providing full use of the venue during peak event season without altering the landscape year-round.
